Robert Friedl

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Robert Friedl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Advisory Partners. Over his career, Robert has provided financial leadership to organizations ranging from $20 million to more than $300 million in annual revenue, working across financial reporting, business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, operational finance, and executive decision support.

Robert founded Beacon Advisory Partners with a simple belief: growing businesses deserve the same caliber of financial leadership as large corporations, without the cost of a full-time executive hire. He works directly with owners and leadership teams to turn financial data into a strategic advantage, helping them make confident decisions about hiring, pricing, cash flow, and growth.

Robert’s approach is practical, nothing theoretical. He speaks in plain language, focuses on the numbers that actually matter to your business, and measures his success by the confidence his clients feel in their decisions.

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Amber Barefoot is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Beacon Advisory Partners. Her background spans real estate, HOA management, and property management, where she built her career overseeing portfolios ranging upwards of more than 1,200 doors, managing the day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, and financial systems that keep multi-site portfolios running smoothly at scale.

That experience shapes how she approaches her role at Beacon. Managing thousands of properties taught her that the difference between a portfolio that thrives and one that struggles rarely comes down to strategy alone, it comes down to execution: the processes, checklists, and follow-through that turn a plan into results, month after month. She brings that same operational discipline to how Beacon runs internally and how every client engagement is delivered.

As Chief Operating Officer, Amber is responsible for the systems and processes that keep client engagements running on schedule and without surprises. She believes the best operations are the ones clients never have to think about, because the work is already being done right, on time, every time.
